For years, I've kept a simple Family Favorites spreadsheet for my own family. Everyone has a column, and we keep track of the little things that are surprisingly easy to forget: favorite snacks, coffee orders, restaurants, hobbies, gift ideas, clothing sizes, things they need, and more.
I originally started using it to make Christmas and birthday shopping easier, but I've found myself reaching for it all year long.

How It Works
After purchase, you'll receive access to all four Family Favorites color collections. Choose your favorite, click the link, and make your own editable copy in Google Sheets.
Then add your family members' names, customize the chart if you'd like, and share your copy with your family. Everyone can update their own column as favorites, interests, sizes, and wish lists change. Parents can complete the Kids Favorites chart for younger children.
PLEASE NOTE: A free Google account is required to make and edit your Family Favorites template. No paid Google subscription is needed. Initial setup is easiest on a computer, but your chart can also be viewed and edited on a phone using Google Sheets.
